Ane Gyllenberg – A Collector’s Independence

The Signe and Ane Gyllenberg Foundation celebrated the centenary of Finnish independence by organizing the exhibition Ane Gyllenberg - A Collector's Independence. In addition to the art in the Gyllenberg Collection, the exhibition included 47 key works on loan from the most important art collections in Finland.

The exhibition presented around a hundred works of art divided into four themes: Melancholic Rooms, Vierge Moderne – Modern Virgins, National Sentiments and The Child in Art.
